As a family-owned enterprise, Swiftpak places a great deal of importance on the welfare of our employees.
We are proud to be an accredited Living Wage Employer and ensure that our team members are fairly compensated for their hard work. We also offer various benefits through Perkbox, as well as increased holiday allowance to encourage our employees to take those well-deserved breaks.
At Swiftpak, we also understand the significance of mental health. We have several team members who are mental health first aiders, and we provide all our employees with access to a confidential 24/7 support helpline.
